Rental Price per week 

Notes on prices - Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Special rates for long term lets available contact us.
Changeover day - Change over dates are flexible. Property to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure - Flexible.

There is a 40 Euro Laundry/Cleaning charge which is payable on arrival direct to our caretakers.

Booking notes - A non returnable £100 booking deposit is required which will be forfeited if you decide to cancel. When payment in full is made the £100 will be kept in hand against damage or breakages. This will then be returned once our on site agent checks the property. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before departure.
Airport pick-up, welcome pack and other special arrangements can be made please ask for details.
